Bio
Christian's youth soccer journey began with NW United in Skagit County, where he developed a strong foundation in the game. In his freshman year of high school, he joined NW Nationals, seeking higher-level competition. For the following three years, he played for Crossfire Academy, a decision that prevented him from participating in Mount Vernon High School's Varsity Soccer team. However, this provided invaluable exposure to elite-level soccer and advanced training, shaping his growth as a player.
After graduating in 2014, Christian pursued his passion for soccer at Saint Martin’s University in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Over his four collegiate seasons, he showcased his technical and tactical abilities, becoming a key contributor to the program. Post-college, he continued his playing career with the Seattle Sounders U23 team during the 2018 and 2019 seasons, competing at a high level and refining his skills further.
He remains an active player for Bellingham United FC, participating in both indoor and outdoor seasons. His experience and leadership have made a significant impact on the team.
Christian’s coaching career took off in 2017 when he joined the Mount Vernon High School Varsity Soccer team as an assistant coach. He spent two seasons developing and mentoring young athletes, helping them reach their full potential. In 2020, he transitioned to the Whatcom Community College Men’s Soccer program, bringing his deep understanding of the game and unwavering commitment to player development to the team.
Christian’s dedication to both playing and coaching roles reflects his unwavering passion for soccer and his desire to give back to the soccer community.
